With over a decade of expertise, she has been a strategic architect, navigating the realms of workforce planning, leadership and succession planning, operations management, human capital management, and BPO planning for numerous private and public leading organizations. During her illustrious career path, she’s had the pleasure of consulting for two esteemed Fortune 500 companies where she consistently demonstrated an ability to optimize operational efficiency, elevate team performance, and drive sustained growth for her clients. She has effectively managed over $2 billion in revenues, resolving operational challenges and significantly reducing overall liability, driving substantial improvements in bottom-line performance.

As an astute leader, forward-thinking strategist, and catalyst for organizational evolution, Alicia remains dedicated to steering enterprises towards unprecedented success even in today’s challenging business landscape. Alicia’s client-centric ethos is evident in her hands-on, tenacious approach. Meet Linda Nash

Assistant to Robert Baker

Our assistant to Robert Baker, Linda Nash, serves as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.  No two people are the same and Linda has the ability to create personal relationships with each client.  She then tailors the support she gives based on her relationship with them.

Her commitment is to make sure no clients’ needs are left unattended.  Each and every question, big or small, deserves attention.  She has a passion for helping others and is driven by the purpose of making clients feel heard and understood.

We owe our success to people and processes.  Linda is the supportive force behind both Robert and Theo Baker.  She is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.  She helps to maintain the office workflow by analyzing and refining procedures for improved client relations.  

She has a degree in Communications and Psychology from Cal State University Fullerton and spent 25 + years in Information Technology, where she self-taught herself all the necessary skills to provide support to clients.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys time with family, especially her niece and nephew.  They are her pride and joy.  She relaxes with Zen Doodling and appreciates a challenging Diamond Painting.  Her true passion however is NASCAR.  She is an avid fan and appreciates the technical aspects of the sport as well as rooting for her favorite drivers.
